RMN Night Coordinator

Summary
A full-time RMN Night Coordinator role working within a specialist mental health setting. Responsible for leading safe, effective care delivery during night shifts while supporting multidisciplinary teams and maintaining high clinical standards.

Overview
Salary: £47,508 per year
Working pattern: Onsite
Full-time role, 37.5 hours per week on a night shift rota including weekends. Fully remote working is not available.
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration required
Minimum 6-12 months post-registration experience required
Right to Work in the UK is required

What you’ll do

• Coordinate and lead nursing care during night shifts
• Deliver and oversee prescribed care within agreed frameworks
• Assess, plan and review individualised care plans
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changing needs
• Act as nurse in charge and support the wider MDT
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic care environment
• Support patients, carers and families through effective communication
• Contribute to clinical meetings and service improvement

What you’ll need

• RMN qualification with active NMC registration
• Minimum 6-12 months post-registration experience
• Completed preceptorship programme
• Knowledge of NMC standards and professional practice
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead within a shift coordination framework
• Commitment to professional development and high-quality care
