iGo Recruitment is supporting an established care provider with the appointment of an experienced Registered Home Manager (RGN) for a nursing and dementia care service in Leek.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to take ownership of an established service, driving quality, compliance and operational performance while ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care.

The Role

As Registered Home Manager, you will provide leadership across the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, governance and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary care teams
• Drive outstanding resident outcomes and experiences
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
• Support occupancy, service performance and continuous improvement initiatives
• Create a positive, supportive and high-performing culture for staff and residents

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

• Current NMC registration (RGN)
• Experience as a Registered Home Manager within a nursing home setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
• Experience managing nursing and dementia care services
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality care and achieving positive outcomes
