iGo Recruitment is supporting an established care provider with the appointment of an experienced Registered Home Manager (RGN) for a nursing and dementia care service in Plymouth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader to take ownership of an established service, driving quality, compliance and operational performance while ensuring residents receive outstanding person-centred care.

About the Role

As Registered Home Manager, you will provide overall leadership across the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, governance and service delivery.

You will work closely with residents, families and staff to create a positive environment where high-quality care and continuous improvement remain the focus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary care teams
• Drive excellent resident outcomes and experiences
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
• Support occupancy, quality and service performance
• Promote a positive, supportive and high-performing culture within the home

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

• Current NMC registration (RGN)
• Experience as a Registered Home Manager within a nursing home setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
• Experience managing nursing and dementia care services
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and positive resident outcomes
