iGo Recruitment is supporting an established care provider with the appointment of an experienced Registered Home Manager (RGN) for a nursing and dementia care service in Poynton, Cheshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care home leader to take responsibility for an established service, driving quality, compliance and operational performance while ensuring residents receive outstanding person-centred care.

About the Role

As Registered Home Manager, you will provide overall leadership for the service, supporting both residents and staff while maintaining high standards of care, governance and regulatory compliance.

You will play a key role in developing a positive culture, supporting staff development and ensuring the home continues to provide high-quality care and positive outcomes for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary care teams
• Ensure high standards of care and resident experience
• Maintain compliance with CQC standards and regulatory requirements
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals
• Drive quality improvement and continuous service development
• Support occupancy, performance and operational objectives
• Promote a positive and supportive working environment

About You

To be considered for this opportunity, you will ideally have:

• Current NMC registration (RGN)
• Experience as a Registered Home Manager within a nursing home setting
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and quality standards
• Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification
• Experience managing nursing and dementia care services
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and positive resident outcomes
